0 commentsNew Disney Channel Show "Fish Hooks"
The 21-episode series follows Milo, Oscar and Bea, three friends and neighbors who attend Freshwater High, a school submerged in a giant fish tank in the center of a local pet store. Together they experience the typical challenges and triumphs of tween life, like friendship, dating and sports, along with more atypical teen issues like giant lobster attacks and school field trips to the hamster cages.
The show has an all-star cast too!
"Fish Hooks" features a talented voice cast including Kyle Massey ("Cory in the House") as Milo, an adventurous party guy; Chelsea Staub ("JONAS") as Bea, an overly dramatic goldfish; and Justin Roiland ("The Sarah Silverman Program") as Oscar, Milo's neurotic brother.
It's scheduled to release fall of 2010. Can't wait!
It's the Great Pumpkin!
"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" was on ABC this Wednesday and of course, I had to watch it. You have to watch the Charlie Brown specials every year. It's a tradition. First is the great pumpkin, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas.

0 commentsNick Jonas and the Admistration
I was listening to Radio Disney yesterday and during the Celebrity Take with Jake, Jake confirmed that Nick will have a solo album out next year called "Nick Jonas and the Administration". They said on Radio Disney that this isn't the break-up of the Jonas Brothers, just a little project on the side that Nick is doing. But I don't believe this one bit.
Let's cut the crap people, the Jonas Brothers are going to disband in the near future. Whether the album they do together after Nick's or even five years down the road, they are going to go their separate ways as artists and do there own thing. Let's face it, Kevin is getting married and if they plan to have kids, a father can't go on a world tour with his little brothers. They are all growing up, and there is no stopping that. They will have the disband eventually and let go of what was once the Jonas Brothers. Plus, they already have enough money that they won't need to get a real job if they didn't want to.
But this won't be the end of the Jo Bros. You'll see them captaining there own studio, making young artists dreams come true. They'll end up singing on their own for a while. You may see one of them in Dancing with the Stars. One of them could go on a Celebrity Apprentice or something. They won't leave the limelight when they disband.
Monsters Vs Aliens Halloween Special
I really liked the Monster Vs Aliens movie. It was really funny and was amazing to see in 3-D in theaters. It's probably my favorite Dreamworks movie so far.
The Halloween show on last night had the natural humor to it. I've noticed with this episode and other Dreamworks' smaller productions (Penguins of Madagascar and Shrek the Halls) that the effects aren't as good. But the only change that I saw was in B.O.B. Everything else looked as good as the movie. I also liked seeing the Monsters interact with people now that they are recognized and people are used to them.
And I have to say that Insectosaurus' costume of Elvis, was really funny. Who doesn't like a giant butterfly bug thing dressing up as Elvis?
And good news! On November 17th, Merry Madagascar is going to be on NBC! See you there!

I liked how the Movie came into play a little bit more. Now that we know what the Wizard Competition is, it's a little bit easier to see what they have to do later on. It was cool to see everyone have each of the siblings show their magical talent. Although, what Max does on the show really isn't talent, it's more of what he wants to happen, then he just rolls with whatever does.
Makeup Design did a good job in this episode. They showed that it doesn't have to be a Disney Channel Movie to have good effects.
There were some funny moments with the parents in this episode too. I liked how Jerry was convinced that the Hula Hoop thing was a keyring.
I loved the ending. It was cool to see the set and the actors being them, but then still being in character. I really liked how we could see the set too. Now we know that when they go into the fridge in the sub station, the really are going into the lair...it was probably designed that way....haha.
Suite Life on Deck Review
I'm glad that the whole awkwardness with Marcus is done. I'm sure that we'll get to see more of his personality emerge as the season goes on.
I like the mini-London. I'm sure we'll she that actress in all the other Disney Channel shows. Kinda like the guy that was in the Hannah Montana episode where she went to Prom. The guy she went with was in Jonas and now has a minor part in Zeke and Luther.
Jordin Sparks did a good job. It's not like her part was very taxing...she just had to be herself. I like how the Disney Channel shows are beginning to get bigger names for guest stars.

0 comments"All the Right Wrongs" Review
I really like the songs on her EP. From "Hero in Me" and "I Don't Think About It" you get a sense that Emily Osment's voice is a little nasily. But her new songs are really good! She sounds really good and has a unique sound. I think that is due to the fact that she isn't signed with Hollywood Records or Walt Disney Records.
The only bone I have to pick on the EP is that in one of the songs, she swears. WHAT?!?!?! Hello!?!?!?! Are you crazy? Emily Osment is a Disney actress and the main people that will buy her EP are those that watch Hannah Montana. The song is "I Hate the Homecoming Queen" and it's a pretty gritty song to begin with but they don't need to put that kind of language in it. Those kids shouldn't be listening to songs that have swear words in them, especially from the people they look up to from Disney Channel. When I buy the EP, I'll see what I can do to edit that.
All the other songs were good though.

Suite Life on Deck Review
Don't forget, next week, Jordin Sparks stars on Suite Life!
Wizards Review
What I want to know is when they are going to say for real that Harper is moved in with them? She was always with them and even took part in the family meeting! They are going to have to do that soon. But overall, a really funny episode.

Wizards Review
I really liked the allusion that was made to the real Frankenstein. The way that Justin talked like Dr. Frankenstein and Max talked like his Igor. That was a really nice nod to the original Frankenstein and his monster.
Alex and Harper were in fine tune as well! Alex was her regular conniving self. I loved the Control-Alt-Delete method of getting the monster to shut down. And Harper's fear making her faint then waking up because she was afraid of fainting was perfect!
Don't forget to watch next week for the new Wizards and the new Suite Life!

"Kiss & Tell" Review
Selena Gomez's debut album "Kiss & Tell" came out this Tuesday and I went out and bought it! It is so good! I was pleasantly surprised by how different it is from all other Disney/Hollywood Records artists.
All the songs on the album have a unique sense to them. Everyone of the songs seems like they were written specifically for Selena and the kind of person she is. She's said in her Facebook chats that she doesn't like singing slow songs, but I think they were the best ones on the CD. "I Promise You" is really good!
My favorite song in the CD has to be "More". It reminds me of "Got Dynamite" by Demi in that it's a fast song and you don't really expect it. You put on the song and it starts a little slow, then it just EXPLODES! Amazing.....
I think that Hollywood Records is going to put out a Sophomore album of Selena & The Scene next summer and have her tour at the same time, just like Demi.
